Flygmaskinen  This is an original ACKUS ROG (Rise Off Ground) model, with novel method of contruction resulting in very simple building. The thin ply-wood strips used to build the wing automatically cambers the surface without the need for conventional wing ribs. The wing root construction ensures correct dihedral and a strong joint.

Almost Wright 2003
Celebrating the feat of the Wright brothers in 1903, this little model is a little bit more demanding than the previous ones. Nevertheless, building it is great fun and the construction allows different trim settings. Bamboo is used for the pre shaped front "bumper" and skids (landing rails).  A high level of pre fabrication of the wood and wire parts allows for quick and accurate construction. Even a pilot is included! The two handed pusher propellers do away with torque problems. Orville and Wilbur would have enjoyed the flying ability of this model!
